Interview with = Syed Danish Ali  (Personal Banking Manager in Meezan Bank)

He was born on 8th February 1986 in Hyderabad sindh.He went karachi for graduation and masters in 2005 for BBA from pakistan airforce karachi institute of economics and technology .He started his career with united bank limited as a phone banker in 2008. And now currently working as a personal banking manager in meezan bank limited in hyderabad. He got best performance award in personal banking in 2015 and 2016 in whole hyderabad region. He promoted as a personal banking manager by his best performance.

His words ''Banking is my passion so as my profession''

Q. How your bank differentiates with other operating banks in pakistan?what is the competitive edge you think?

Ans. To successed locally, Meezan bank is doing business with its greater area network and wide range of products which suits to almost every man of the current society and attracts them. Competitive edge is first and primer islamic bank with highest branch network and deposits.

Q. How do you compete in shrinking discount rate?

Ans.Well,This is the major threat to the banking industry and we only compete by providing best customer services and understanding basic needs of the business and salaried sector.''Treat the customer,how you want to be treated''.

Q.Since,state bank of pakistan is the regulatory authority,How do you think that these has been justice while measuring conventional and islamic banks performance simultaneously?

Ans.Ideally,there must be different regulatory authority for islamic and conventional banks but steps are being taken into consideretion to put them apart.For now,state bank of pakistan is doing well while measuring performance of the both sectors.

Q.What is the major role of financing sector in currently operated banks?

Ans.Nowadays,banks are putting more interest towards financing sector to generate income.Like microfinancing banks and providing loans to the (smell medium enter prise) have been major tool of banking sector for maximizing net income/profit.I see a bright future of the financing banker and business.

Q.What will you say about work life balance being a banker?

Ans.It is tough for the operetions side specially to manage work life balance as the most employees work late hours.Time management is the only key to get your job done significantly.Family and career are the most important things and should be prioritized equally.I request all bankers to manage time in working hours.

Q.What risk associated to the bank staff 9 to 5 ?

Ans. Definately,life risk associated with this job as the cash dealing is going on all the time.No matter what happens,just be vigilant and get your task done.''High risk high return''.

Q.What is shariah?Does it really work and implemented fairly in islamic banks?
Ans.Shariah is the key component of any islamic bank and it means knowledge and sayings of quran,sunnah and hadith.Yes,surely it works fairly with the true spirit and justice as there have shariah board in each islamic bank which conducts audits to each and every transaction.

Q. What is the career growth here? and where you see yourself after 5years?

Ans.If you are hard and smart worker,also aim and keen to provide best customer services.Then there is a way to go and ''sky is the limit'' ofcourse. Well, I  see myself as the area manager after 5years.

Q. What is the future prospects of a banker?Would you suggest your sibblings to be a banker?

Ans.This has now been a competitive job as more then 50 banks are opereting locally in pakistan.But to me,future prospects are bright as more business and investment to come within near future. I would only suggest to the sibblings to be a banker if they have the same passion and desire to achieve the targeted goals.

Classroom Over Crowded

Education is the powerful source for success.And main thing is education enhance the children's knowledge.And every child have to take education.But now a days one of the biggest issue for the teachers and schools is overcrowding.Every child has rights to take the education.But due to overcrowding the teacher can not give the particular attention on every child.The overcrowded classroom can be frustrating and streesful.Most of the overcrowded classrooms are present in the middleclass schools .Because the lots of people are not financially strong and rich.The only one benefit of overcrowded classrooms is that it saves the district money.In schools teahers wants to give knowledge and wants to give attention on everychild.But due to huge countity of children the teacher can not give their proper instruction and knowledge.The every child need to know  what is education.And what is the main purpose of education.But in overcrowded classrooms students can not understand the proper value of the education.They try to avoid the lecture of the teacher and spoil there own career.This overcrowding is the main issue for failed students.So  every child has right to take attention of the teacher and the support which they need.But it is difficult for teachers to give the attention under these all circumstances.The biggest issue of overcrowded in classrooms that the things become blur.Suppose the two hundred students are in one class room.Everyone knows it is a high number but the main problem is that .These 200 childrens is someone's son or daughter and his or her their own special need and dreams.But due to this issue they are failed to achieve their own purpose of life.Everyone knows that the teaching and learning is the main purpose for success.The main purpose of teacher is to remove and check the students's weaknesses.But due to overcrowded the teacher losing their personal connection to the students.In class those students who are seated in close of one another can create the difficulty focussing on the lesson.And the back seater students created there own activities and losing their focus on the lesson.The teacher can be distracted due to noise and disturbance of class.The an other main issue for students is not enough space for equipments.For example if the students needs to go for understand the computer's instructions on the desk.So in the overcrowded condition it can not be particulary happen.The small space for teacher can be stressful and complicated.Teacher can forget their main ideas about the lesson due to disturbance of students.Sometimes students tried to fight another due to noise.when the teacher have to stop the fight between the students much of the lesson is lost because of time wasted.Teaching can not be possilbe without peace.The peace is the main and important thing specially for the overcrowded class.If the peace is present in the overcrowded class so the students can easily understand the every points about the lesson.But the main problem is that the peace and silence can not be easily happen in the overcrowded class rooms.Sometimes teachers are not agree for teach the over crowded class. All of the students the noise naturally increase it become harder for the teachers and students for concentrate on lesson.In the huge countity of students it is simple fact that the teacher can not spend the same amount of time on every students. Those students who are really wants to achieve their dreams  and struggling for their main purpose. Teachers sometimes may not notice these students and can not give the time help they need.But their is one solution if the student really wants to learn and if he stuck in the overcrowded classroom so one thing can be happen you can contact with your teacher and talk to your teacher for extra help.If u can not talk with the teacher so you can seat infront of the teacher where it may be easier to focus on lesson.Because the teachers are wants to learn students. But due to frustrated and noise they are failed to give the knowledge.

        Nowadays it is very serious issue in all cities specially in rural areas.So the government and schools managments should have to focus on their schools and Breaking the classes into sections and interacting with a different section of the class.Make a chat and proper time table for all students and routine need to be established and teacher must have to be strict and serious with students.

          A child of about 12years old.Belonging to a educated family.Always trying to do workhard for his family.Never bothered his family and easily face the every challange of life. His family ,friends,relatives calls him 'multi talented boy'. Because he is master mind and wants to learn everything.    

  

Muhammad Ahmed was born on 12 november 2004.He is multi talented boy.When he was 7years old he got the first award in the competition of debate in the hyderabad board.He always trying to do achieve everything.And wants to learn everything.He is in the city school.His teachers calls him 'Ahmed Zai' in his school he is the youngest debater.Muhammad Ahmed's teacher really loves him.He is expert in lots of field like singing,debate,speech,artist,story writer,reciting naat,

His voice are really amazing and precious of God.

He is trying to follow to sing a song like Nuzrat Fateh Ali Khan.And Rahat Fateh Ali khan.There parents are really proud on his son.Because he is completing there all wishes.He is in just 12years old but he can easily art anything.He always get first position in the exams.In every events he participates and always shows his talent.This child have a good sense of humor.And also good hand writing .

He can easily write any novel and any poem.He is really intrested to being a good singer and debater.He is youngest debater of pakistan.Lots of people and lots of children are get jealous with him.But he can face the every trouble of his life.And lots of people appriciate him.He has 3 sisters he is really attach with them.Sisters calls him 'Ahmed bhai'.

Making new friends and reading books his hobby.He wants to travel whole over the world.He is very well known child in city school and lots of people aware about him.He always help other children.And always gives the general konwledge about the world.Because he is well known about every issues like political,social,technical.He attends the every competition of debate,singing,and naat in hyderabad and karachi.He has also memorized the 'Surah Yaseen'.Cricket and football these both games are his favourite.He have the different nature.And different from other children.In my point of view if he really wants to achieve anything so then he will achieve it. Because he never lose hope.He always focus the rules of his father and mother.His parents are really trust on him.He is not the serious child.He always try to do different things for make people happy.like jokes and perody.Ahmed started story writing when he was in 7class.His bestfriend is his father.Who guide and suggest him everything and also play with him.His father name is Dr.Masroor Ahmed Zai.He calls Ahmed as   'Zai Sahab'.

 He is very kind hearted but straightforward child.If someone really wants to insult him.He will insult him too.

Ahmed has the record of votes in cityschool liaquat campus as the 'Student concil' on 16th september 2014.He was awarded a sesh of section leader .His symbol of election was 'Pen'. At about 2012,Ahmed has achieved an alias which is 'youngest debator of pakistan' at sindh museum.He did a incredibile debate infront of important personalities.Member of national assembly like Meer Hazar Khan Bajrani and ex minister of education,and other MNA.Qamar Naveed and MPA .When we go through the other programmes of speech in which Muhammad Ahmed was participent  at 'Mehran Arts Concil Karachi' in which Ex, Governor of sindh 'Ishrat-Ul-Ibad' was been seated.And member of national assembly 'Faisal sabswari'. He has also done speech on the topic of Hakeem Muhammad Saeed infront of chairman of karachi 'Anwar Ahmed Zai'.

Muhammad Ahmed wants to memorize the quran.Ahmed also recites the Naat with a precious voice.And the Sabih Rehmani has advised him to show his Naat talent on tv channels.And in the Hyderabad Board he has achieved 2nd positive in the compition of Naat.Ahmed have the one more talent of art and crafts.He has not clearly done with art but he is perfect in sketches and paper work.Nowadays he is learning and taking classes from the school of elementary.His plenty of sketches been framed at his house.His teacher name is 'Sir Harji Lal'.The daughter of Iqbal Mehdi 'Liza Mehdi' has also advised him to organize the exhibition at Mehran art's council.

His literature skills,English skills are very nice .He had red many books of different writers like.The hamlet by Shakespeare,midsummer night's dream by the same writer, .He also follow the ideas of different writers like.Robert Galbraith,and the shakespear.He has also wrote many stories with their specific morals one of the story topic is 'The Five stages'.In this story he described the five stages of life.

Muhammad Ahmed has achieved the award in the programme of 14august which was organized by Gems their leader was Waqar Ahmed Waqar .He sang a national song their 'aye watan pyare watan' by Ustad Amanat Ali Khan.

He is the child who is trying to do something for his country.And also for his parents.
