Many women have contributed to Pakistan's Technology Industry and have made a name for themselves, the concept of Women in Technology or towards Entrepreneurship in Pakistan is a new one. There are several examples of women leading the way in Technology and towards Entrepreneurship. This has led to the growth of the economy from over last few years.The presence of those enthusiastic women has brought prosperity, welfare and as role models have encouraged numerous others to stand up and strive for stunning achievements. Here is the profile of one of the Pakistani game changers and her stories.

Mona Mahtani born in Hyderabad on 8 September 1990. She went to Foundation Public School and then into St. Mary's for basic education.For Higher education, she joint University of Sindh, Jamshoro. In 2010, she was selected for Central Queenland University, Sydney. In 2012, she was chosen for Women Leadership Program in the University of Kansas, Lawrence. Mona, is a United States Alumni. Nowadays she is working with Georg-Eckert-InstitutfürinternationaleSchulbuchforschungShe has received International N-Peace Award from Judy Cheng-Hopkins, Special Adviser to the United Nations Secretary General Ban-Ki-Moon, N-peace Network is a multi-country network of peace advocates in Asia working on the advancement of women and peace issues. She is an advocate of Inter faith harmony and spends her time running a school and other similar projects advocating peace and educational the youth. She has founded Dewan Farm School in her village, a primary school targeting poor and minority families. Since its establishment, Dewan has expanded its annual attendance from three to 75 pupils. Mona Prakash Mahtani, is only one resident of Hyderabad plus Pakistan, who received the Commonwealth Youth Award for Excellence, 2016, in the field of education. The award was given at the Commonwealth Secretariat in London by Youth Affairs Director Katherine Ellis. This award is given to young people under the age of 30 years who have significantly contributed to social uplift. Some 17-young people from 53 Commonwealth countries were selected for the award. Earlier, Mahtani was earlier conferred United Nations Development Program's N-Peace Award.

Nowadays, her ongoing project is "Teach one, Feed one" educational movement. Mona's goal, as a social and child rights activist, is to open up a world of new possibilities to deprive students. “I believe that everyone is creative. She has a very vivid imagination, and creativity. She is a motivational speaker, eloquent orator, enthusiastic presenter. On and off she is invited to different universities and institutions for guest lectures and judge different competitions. She is friendly in nature, and extremely devoted to bring change for deprive people of our country. She is a keen reader and also an excellent writer and a blogger. Precisely, jack of all trades.  Undoubtedly, not less than an inspiration for budding activists who dream to do something big, something different, something better for society.

                     A tall hieghted wheatish completion, Almas Batool Memon  is a honest, intelligent and youngest Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate at Session Court,Hyderabad. In october 2016, after passing the exams of Judicial Magistrate she took her seat on the bench of Session Court Judges. She born in 1990 in Moro, district Nawabshah. She got her early educations from Hyderabad. Almas recieved the degree of LLB( Literally Legum Baccalaureus) from Sindh Law College Karachi. 28 years old almas started her carear by practicing as advocate for 2 months.
" When I was practicing in Court, I really enjoy the Law."
             Talking about her interest in Law she says, "It was always a dream for me to see myself as a lawyer, but it was not possible without support of my family."
               Almas Batool says her family support her alot to jump in the field where womens are in less amount and people thinks odd for women to join Law as profession. Her father was her biggest supporter. Her father made her dream come true.
               While talking about her personal life Almas says, " Im currently engaged but going to married soon. Its not neccasary for him to belong from the same field, i just want him to support me as my father did. Im expecting he will give prioty to me and my interest as much he can."
               As per, she have less working experience she is very dedicating towards her work. Her further goals are to go in High Court and Supreme Court.
               As being a working women she said, its a bit dreadfull to go and work in a new enviroment but i really want to work and take this apprehension as a challenge. As I have a passion for Law.

                 Talking about the problems she faced almas says, " People use to stare me at a sight, as i have committed a great crime, Womens of my neighbourhood say that Im wasting my time in this meaningless profession."
                 According to Almas, if her father had not been encouraged her, she may never fix such a long journey with her passion in this society for mens. She not only fought to the people for her society, but she can't even stand them between her dream.
               Almas advised to every women for this or every other field that no work is done without passion. Labour and true passion make things strong and successful.
               She further said there is a need for social, economical and political measures which will discourage the social pressure for girls to work.

PROFILE OF A YOUNG ASP

SOHAI TALPUR

The hard work definitely paids off and hard work always does. So was in the case of SohaiTalpur.

A young, relentless and first woman from lower Sindh as a ASP to join police services. Sohai belongs to a lower class from Talpur family from Tando Muhammad Khan district.Sohai did her schooling from Tando Muhammad khan, college from Bahria foundation college Hyderabad.  She did her B.com from ZubaidaGirls College and later she pursued to complete her Master’sinfrom University of Sindh.

She qualified her Central Superior Services (CSS) withastounding success at her first attempt and was told that she would be joining police as an assistant superintendent police (ASP) officer.  Sohai’s family and particularly her father had been his support mechanism.Sohai’s parents were really passionate about her education and wanted her to study.  Though Sohai belongs to stereotype and lower Sindh background her father and her family moved on to nearby town to avoid the taunting statements of her other relatives like criticism and discouragement.  Sohai not only had been her family’s proud but she is also proud of Pakistan and proud of Sindh.

Sohai is the girl of dreams. When asked from her, what she really wanted to become she told, that she was a big dreamer with a lot of dreams for being an doctor, pilot, architect but ceased up to being an police officer.  This doesn’t matter from where  you are dreams are not anyone’s property.

She advices for clearing a CSS exam one must have a focused vision and determination towards themselves by choosing the best majors and supporting subjects. She advises to new and upcoming CSS student to read more and more books to explore more topic as this will be the strong grasp towards their road to success.  

She believes that it is not only the job of men to face the challenges of the country, it is as equal right of a women to come and not be remain limited to four walls but to stand equal with the males. They should also come for their fundamental and initial rights.

She praised all her success to her hard work and the good fostering of her. Sohai’s  family wanted her to be chartered accountant but she wanted to become something with social value which made her to  attempt the CSS exam. She is the first lady officer from lower Sindh.  Sohai had a good command on Sindhi language and poetry and history which made her to achieved top marks in her exams.

She believes that today’s youth has potential to do something if they remain committed to their studies and be sincere with themselves and their parents because no doubt parents playmajor role behind the success of a person as she possess.Success demands persistence, hard work, loyalty and learning from failure and Sohai believes in all. No matter from where you belong believe in yourself!

Profile:  Naat wali Amma

A poor  women who known as “Naat wali Amma”. She is very much mysterious character in it self for every one she have 5 daughters 2 son. She is very helpless and unfortunately involve in beggar ship  just because of to fill the hunger of their children's. She is nearly look’s like Beggar in a first glance but she never ask/request for money to any one that’s the major part of mystery of her character. 

Her real name is “Najma” cast “Arain”, Najma Arain belongs to Punjab Pakistan. Totally Punjabi family tone and accent are also like a real Punjabi but for some past year she live in Hyderabad at Badin Stop’s  Kachi Abadi  with family that’s why her urdu language also very good in speaking and with very sweat communication flow. Najma’s profession is beggar ship but she is doing his profession in a different and unique way. She go different places to earn money by her profession, I found Najma (Naat wali Amma) in gulshan e zeal pak in “Abhaya” by which she covered up her whole body only the eyes area is uncovered to look clearly and easily along with her a little boy is also walking by holding her hand and collecting the cash that people wants to give. 

Now, mysterious point is when she never ask about money then why people could automatically will to give money to her ? the simple and short reason of it that The Sweat Voice of the lady. Najma never demand for money she just recite the Naat (shahay Medina). The way she recite, Her tone, voice, softness in reciting all the thing attracts the listeners speedily and their heart wants to appreciate her and try to help for her, that's why those who heard her naat cant able to stop their hands for giving money to Najma. 

When I asked from Najma about his proffesion she says: “we are not beggar or something like that we belong to a middle class of family a respectable family  my husband was the worker of Kanch Mill but unfortunately by an accident he lose his vision of eyes with physical disability. Now he cant able to do work or job and we have total 7 children how they can live and survive I m not educated that’s why I m not eligible for any job that’s why I just doing this profession for just survive and fill the hunger of my children of two times in a day”. 

Najma walks like a simple women but her son is very naughty because he is too little but the way she handle him while he reciting naat is very technical and example of the love of the mother for her children's . When I asked from Najma that from where you learn to recite the naat in this attractive manner its sounds like very professional she told me that she never learn from every one she can recite only one naat that is “Shahay Madina”. I asked then If you are not educated or literal then how would you memorize this naat and from where she answer me that I heard this naat many of the time in early morning in the shops of our area, hearing regularly or on daily basis she memorize it and now she can recite very easily with the passage of time she memorize more different naats too but her specialty in “shahy Madina” . Her reason of fame is “shahay Madina” then how can a living heart neglect her.

People often inspires from someone in their life. Mr Sharief Faridi  a father of four children, a business man, an officer is one of the exemplar model to follow.

Muhammad Sharief Faridi was born in Hyderabad. He took his early education from Hyderabad further he did his bachelors and masters from Karachi University in the field of commerce, arts and human behavior mean while working in private company this show his  mobility.

There are few people who wants to fly high but Muhammad Sharief is one of the people who has flew high as he wants.

He faces many difficulties in his life and indeed he struggles and work hard to be successful.

He says to everyone that keep smiling and one day life will get tired of upsetting you. 

 Earlier when he went abroad in USA, he faces many difficulties but he never gave up.

 He is also a great business man, he never predicts his future. He always quote the sayings of Abraham Lincoln that the best way to predict the future is to create it. the future depends on what you are doing in your present.  with him hardly a person can walk without his rapport.

Tuaha the nephew of Sharief profiles him  as a dynamic personality with huge experience, knowledge, intellectual person.

One of worker Aizaz, who says that he has been working for him from five years, he taught about business, how to run it and all the statistical rules to him, and as a teacher he is one of the best teacher ever.

According to Muhammad Sharief  that the life is like a coin. You can spend it any way you wish, but you only spend it once. told by his brother.

His brother reported that he always says that every individual should work on improving their personality and their character.

He is a person who never let fear to weaken him, whenever someone says to him what is fear?

He always says that fear has two meaning-

one is that forget everything and run other one is that face everything and rise. It's your choice. Said by his old friend.

According to his mother he is a man who never dreamed for success but he worked for it.

He make his self as he wanted to be and he got job in a bank.

Mean while working there he was transferred to America and he got promotion this proved his quality of versatility and excellency.

According to his friend he is hard worker and a friendly man.   

In fact, if you spend an amount of time with him while working with him or passing some time with him in leisure you found him as a teacher, a trustworthy friend and as brother

reported from his relative.

A man who never neglect any one , he builds up his ideas and thoughts and allot of creative skills and techniques of work told by his student.

He always do constructive work in a sense that people from his surroundings may benefit from him.

          A child of about 12years old.Belonging to a educated family.Always trying to do workhard for his family.Never bothered his family and easily face the every challange of life. His family ,friends,relatives calls him 'multi talented boy'. Because he is master mind and wants to learn everything.    

  

Muhammad Ahmed was born on 12 november 2004.He is multi talented boy.When he was 7years old he got the first award in the competition of debate in the hyderabad board.He always trying to do achieve everything.And wants to learn everything.He is in the city school.His teachers calls him 'Ahmed Zai' in his school he is the youngest debater.Muhammad Ahmed's teacher really loves him.He is expert in lots of field like singing,debate,speech,artist,story writer,reciting naat,

His voice are really amazing and precious of God.

He is trying to follow to sing a song like Nuzrat Fateh Ali Khan.And Rahat Fateh Ali khan.There parents are really proud on his son.Because he is completing there all wishes.He is in just 12years old but he can easily art anything.He always get first position in the exams.In every events he participates and always shows his talent.This child have a good sense of humor.And also good hand writing .

He can easily write any novel and any poem.He is really intrested to being a good singer and debater.He is youngest debater of pakistan.Lots of people and lots of children are get jealous with him.But he can face the every trouble of his life.And lots of people appriciate him.He has 3 sisters he is really attach with them.Sisters calls him 'Ahmed bhai'.

Making new friends and reading books his hobby.He wants to travel whole over the world.He is very well known child in city school and lots of people aware about him.He always help other children.And always gives the general konwledge about the world.Because he is well known about every issues like political,social,technical.He attends the every competition of debate,singing,and naat in hyderabad and karachi.He has also memorized the 'Surah Yaseen'.Cricket and football these both games are his favourite.He have the different nature.And different from other children.In my point of view if he really wants to achieve anything so then he will achieve it. Because he never lose hope.He always focus the rules of his father and mother.His parents are really trust on him.He is not the serious child.He always try to do different things for make people happy.like jokes and perody.Ahmed started story writing when he was in 7class.His bestfriend is his father.Who guide and suggest him everything and also play with him.His father name is Dr.Masroor Ahmed Zai.He calls Ahmed as   'Zai Sahab'.

 He is very kind hearted but straightforward child.If someone really wants to insult him.He will insult him too.

Ahmed has the record of votes in cityschool liaquat campus as the 'Student concil' on 16th september 2014.He was awarded a sesh of section leader .His symbol of election was 'Pen'. At about 2012,Ahmed has achieved an alias which is 'youngest debator of pakistan' at sindh museum.He did a incredibile debate infront of important personalities.Member of national assembly like Meer Hazar Khan Bajrani and ex minister of education,and other MNA.Qamar Naveed and MPA .When we go through the other programmes of speech in which Muhammad Ahmed was participent  at 'Mehran Arts Concil Karachi' in which Ex, Governor of sindh 'Ishrat-Ul-Ibad' was been seated.And member of national assembly 'Faisal sabswari'. He has also done speech on the topic of Hakeem Muhammad Saeed infront of chairman of karachi 'Anwar Ahmed Zai'.

Muhammad Ahmed wants to memorize the quran.Ahmed also recites the Naat with a precious voice.And the Sabih Rehmani has advised him to show his Naat talent on tv channels.And in the Hyderabad Board he has achieved 2nd positive in the compition of Naat.Ahmed have the one more talent of art and crafts.He has not clearly done with art but he is perfect in sketches and paper work.Nowadays he is learning and taking classes from the school of elementary.His plenty of sketches been framed at his house.His teacher name is 'Sir Harji Lal'.The daughter of Iqbal Mehdi 'Liza Mehdi' has also advised him to organize the exhibition at Mehran art's council.

His literature skills,English skills are very nice .He had red many books of different writers like.The hamlet by Shakespeare,midsummer night's dream by the same writer, .He also follow the ideas of different writers like.Robert Galbraith,and the shakespear.He has also wrote many stories with their specific morals one of the story topic is 'The Five stages'.In this story he described the five stages of life.

Muhammad Ahmed has achieved the award in the programme of 14august which was organized by Gems their leader was Waqar Ahmed Waqar .He sang a national song their 'aye watan pyare watan' by Ustad Amanat Ali Khan.

He is the child who is trying to do something for his country.And also for his parents.

  A person who does very good things in his life and makes day-to-day things easier for others might be considered an angel.

Fayaz Amar Buriro is such an angelic man and well known language engineer.

People should be known by skills not with the degrees. Nowadays, many people get degrees but these degrees are not of any worth if they don’t deliver to their people. We can see many examples in our country. There are numerous doctors who do not know which medicine should be used for fever but they have degrees so societycall them doctors and appreciate them as well. However, on the other hand there are various folk Hakeems who have not degrees but they can understand our ailments and can guide us better than those who are degree holders said Amar Fayaz in his talk while he was guest speaker in Hyderabad Literature Festival.

Amar Fayaz, a social candidate, was born in a lower middle class family on 1st December 1967 in a small village names Jani Buriro, District Khairpur Mir’s. His father Hamiz Ali Buriro was a tube well operator and honorary post master with a kind hearted and loving man of The area. Mr. Hamiz Ali was font of reading literature especially the poetry of classic poets like Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai and always loved his land, culture and language. He had four sons and four daughters. He groomed to his children with wide range of literature. In the patronage of father Fayaz Amar learned to service. 

Today Fayaz Amar is a philosopher, story writer and well-connected with google. He got his early education from his own village. Amar did his matriculation from Government Naz High School, Khairpur. And Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Govt.Technical College Khairpur in 1987. 

He got Masters degree in Sociology from Shah Abdul Latif University in 1999 as private cadidate.

He was appointed as Sub Engineer in Pakistan Railway in 1990 and resigned in 1999. “I think the environment of the department was not matching my nature and at least I didn’t want to be a robot, so I resigned.” Amar Explained about his resignation. He joined in UNO and served as communication officer and then he found in himself that there is a language engineer in his inside and he focused his activities in computational programming. In 2012 he developed first light weight Urdu Nastaliq font named “Amar Nastaliq” and it was well recognized and Amar was offered IT consultant in Geo TV network. Beside that Amar Fayaz was also offered a post “Head of Department” in Information Technology in Newsports Institution of Communication and Economics Corporate, University of Karachi.

Then Government of Sindh reached to him and brought him in Sindhi Language Authority as IT Specialist. In SLA he developed Sindhi Portals online and got appreciations from all walks of literary persons. Beside his successes Amar’s personal life is much harder than anyone can think. From 2000, he has been fighting with cancer and had five tumors in brain. he was gone through a surgery. One tumor is still in his brain.

His friend, Wafa Qambrani says that Amar likes to stay quiet. He does not interfere in anyone’s personal matters. While his other friend, Atif Vighio commented that Fayaz is very much sincere with his work. Ghulam Rasool Chachar says he do not make much friends as he doesn’t like a bulk of people and love to stay solitude.

Amar has also compiled the best seller English to English dictionary which was published by Oriental Book Society Lahore. The dictionary had made record selling in the market. Amar Fayaz had written hundred articles in Sindhi language which were published in Daily Jago, Kawish and other local newspapers.

Amar's Urdu Article blogs were published on website where majority of his blogs became the most controversially because of the nature of Amar's as hammer on the rock today he is webmaster of more than 50 multilingual websites. He said I have endeavored to bring latest technology to the service of major Pakistani languages such as Urdu and Sindhi. He further says that: “I realized that these languages face formidable challenges due to non-compability with browsers designed especially for the handheld device such as Cell phone.” He is silent lover, silent doesn't mean that person quiets it simple means that He doesn't want to argue with people who just don't want to understand.

No doubt that quiet people have the loudest mind.
