Shahid Ali Memon

Shahid Ali Memon the principal of Eden High School. A well polite and kind nature personality, he is the bright example for those who consider the principal is like very strict and very dangerous for students. Shahid Ali Memon maintains his school environment and the academic curriculum by implementing his rules and regulations of the works.

Q1. Sir please give some background information and take a moment to introduce yourself.

A. I am initially belongs from the Memons family in our family the concept of job and studies little bit less as compare to other but I found my parents always very serious with education and all literal activities. My father is the business man he do the business of women’s clothes I also give my time with my father in our shop but the education is on my first priority. With the bless of Allah and the continuity of my hard work now Alhamdulillah I am the principal of Eden High school and performing my role towards the leading of the school.

Q2. How would you describe your leadership style?

A. leadership is mine are very much simple I am basically as an educated person believe on rules and policies I just make some rules that is fundamental for education and maintaining the environment well so I just enforce my rules on my members and students also, And the results is automatically in the form of well discipline society.

Q3. How would you describe your classroom management style?

A. Classroom of every school is like heaven and Hell both depends on managements because the students is mostly naughty and its suits on them but it doesn’t means that they can destroy the decorum of the whole class so I just provide individual seat to everyone and after the end of class no one have to permission to sit in the class.

Q4. What advice would you give to a new teacher on his or her first year?

A. Every Teacher who are new I advise him to be bold and never loss the rope of tolerance because the first impression is the last impression as we know, so to control the Students the Teachers would have to show extra expression on Boldness, Attitude, Loudness in voice, but from inside he should have to owner of the kind nature.

Q5. What steps would you take if you dealing with a student discipline incident?

A.For discipline I just demand to every student in well uniform, Course of Education, Regulatory, No extra activity not only class whereas in entire school. Anything or activity that helps in to destroy the class environment I just enforce the penalty to them according to situation and condition.

Q6. Give some examples of how you have communicated with parents of challenging students.

A.Communicate with parents of challenging students is the most sensitive and difficult task every weekend because the parents of some students are demand the good result and their this will is most respectable but they don’t know the responsibility of student’s Individual and his/her parents and guardian. That why to realize the responsibilities of the parents and the activities of their children’s is very challenging so I first listen the all the requirements of the parents of every student then I show the activities and class performance of each student to his parents and then move towards the realization for the betterment of my students.

Q7. What would be your ideal school environment?

A. In my opinion the ideal school is just that from the principal to the every student is in the discipline and doing his responsibilities in time and accurately then school environment is going good, along with the students and staff proving their self’s in educations and all other activities like conferences, Functions, sports etc.Then it would be my ideal school environment’s that there every one as going like champion.

Q8. How you recruit and maintain quality teachers and staff members?

A.I take the deep interview of all my staff to know all about his self and education with mentality then I take the responsibility according to his performance.

Q9. Why do you want this position? What motivates you to want to be a principal?

A. I consider myself perfect for this position because I have many experience according to school and education system and the major cause of my motivation is my father because according to my past there is a principal in my life that is my father who always commands me to study and getting education so now when he see myself as principal the glory and brightness in his eyes just because of my position I can never forget and its gives me the great strength and motivations.

Q10. What you suggest to Students of schools.

A. My single suggestion is for every single student of School is that never take lite the education and the importance of school yes we consider that you want to spend your time in playing and entertainments and these all also necessary for the physical growth but the education helps you to the growth of mind and personality so always try to best specially in school because the school is the base of education.

Hill park 

(The peakiest Spot of Hyderabad Sindh) 

  

Pakistan is the Glorious country having the fourth largest city in Second largest province sindh which is known as Hyderabad. In Pakistan the evening is exceedingly famous of Hyderabad specially in windy atmosphere, to enjoy the evening of Hyderabad there are many of the parks are presented in this city but along with there is a unique or antique park which known as Hill Park Site Area. Hill park is situated on the hills of site area of Hyderabad that also known as Indus incline (Indus Pahari) .The formation of Hill park is done by with the partnership of Fateh Industries and Site Hyderabad Sindh. They initiate the park for their members, staff, workers and families or other people also. That’s why the park is totally free for everyone without any ticket or teriff of parking etc. 

In entire Hyderabad site area is immensely peaceful area that increase the importance and value of this park and helps to gain the attention of peoples of Hyderabad or those who travelling from Hyderabad, when they want to spent their time with beautiful nature of Almighty ALLAH either alone or with family or friends they choose this park. Hill park is free of cost for every one there is only one requirement from each and everyone that is only a discipline for maintaining the pleasure and natural beauty or environment of the park. 

In this  park there are many swings, slides, and etc. for kids and teenagers and hurdles or obstacles for fitness and exercise purpose, many of the benches presented are there for  siting, cafeteria for refreshment and other little small food stalls. Also having a standard jogging track for jog, grass and trees for making the pleasant natural environment for the peoples. 

Situating on the peak of Hyderabad makes the park cold and heart touching atmosphere. The wind of Hyderabad when travel through this park make it very different and pleasant. Provides people’s very fresh and cold air to breath and helps to relax the body after doing all the daily routine of the day or previous days. In summer season many of the people come here with their families and enjoy the environments with frosty fresh air. The park is on the position of hill so the grassy land is made in shape of inclined that’s why it attracts abundantly by sitting on the very top of this grassy land the natural view of almost whole Hyderabad is on in front of eyes and easily can see the Hyderabad city from a different or unique angle . 

As i asked from different people about hill park mostly people say that they come almost on daily bases, specially in evening, after the office off time they go home and after eating or getting fresh they move on to this park with their childrens or family and enjoy the evening of hyderabad with nature.mostly people told me that on Friday the huge crowd of public come in this park to enjoy and the uniqueness of this crowd is the majority is of the childrens and kids with their families.

Apart from Food, Shelter, and money there is one more thing that is necessary for life that is nature and in coming close to the nature the parks can paly the vital role. Everyone now  a days are very much busy in his life to make money or to make there future better but a good health is also needed for a good life every one should try to go in to the park on the daily or weekly basis and if  someone have any experience to visit or go to Hyderabad you should have to visit the Hill park to feel the nature and feel our self  very lite, peaceful, and strong .

Profile:  Naat wali Amma

A poor  women who known as “Naat wali Amma”. She is very much mysterious character in it self for every one she have 5 daughters 2 son. She is very helpless and unfortunately involve in beggar ship  just because of to fill the hunger of their children's. She is nearly look’s like Beggar in a first glance but she never ask/request for money to any one that’s the major part of mystery of her character. 

Her real name is “Najma” cast “Arain”, Najma Arain belongs to Punjab Pakistan. Totally Punjabi family tone and accent are also like a real Punjabi but for some past year she live in Hyderabad at Badin Stop’s  Kachi Abadi  with family that’s why her urdu language also very good in speaking and with very sweat communication flow. Najma’s profession is beggar ship but she is doing his profession in a different and unique way. She go different places to earn money by her profession, I found Najma (Naat wali Amma) in gulshan e zeal pak in “Abhaya” by which she covered up her whole body only the eyes area is uncovered to look clearly and easily along with her a little boy is also walking by holding her hand and collecting the cash that people wants to give. 

Now, mysterious point is when she never ask about money then why people could automatically will to give money to her ? the simple and short reason of it that The Sweat Voice of the lady. Najma never demand for money she just recite the Naat (shahay Medina). The way she recite, Her tone, voice, softness in reciting all the thing attracts the listeners speedily and their heart wants to appreciate her and try to help for her, that's why those who heard her naat cant able to stop their hands for giving money to Najma. 

When I asked from Najma about his proffesion she says: “we are not beggar or something like that we belong to a middle class of family a respectable family  my husband was the worker of Kanch Mill but unfortunately by an accident he lose his vision of eyes with physical disability. Now he cant able to do work or job and we have total 7 children how they can live and survive I m not educated that’s why I m not eligible for any job that’s why I just doing this profession for just survive and fill the hunger of my children of two times in a day”. 

Najma walks like a simple women but her son is very naughty because he is too little but the way she handle him while he reciting naat is very technical and example of the love of the mother for her children's . When I asked from Najma that from where you learn to recite the naat in this attractive manner its sounds like very professional she told me that she never learn from every one she can recite only one naat that is “Shahay Madina”. I asked then If you are not educated or literal then how would you memorize this naat and from where she answer me that I heard this naat many of the time in early morning in the shops of our area, hearing regularly or on daily basis she memorize it and now she can recite very easily with the passage of time she memorize more different naats too but her specialty in “shahy Madina” . Her reason of fame is “shahay Madina” then how can a living heart neglect her.

The Unwanted Child

Child is the gift of heaven that is very beneficial and precious for every human being. The child is never be unwanted it is always be wanted .

In Pakistan the city of lights and the land of civilized people there is a something going bad unfortunately.  There is a fresh or new born meat is available in the pipelines and manholes for the animals and insects in the midnight.  The Government and the Agencies have no authentic  data or records of that peoples.

But some real heroes in our society is present in the shape of "Eidhi" and "Chippa". The great social Workers. They only providing the shelters to these children. Eidhi says that there is no specific number of unwanted children  it goes ups and downs every new month. And the Chippa organization registered these types of cases 15 – 20 per month. According to Bilquis Eidhi the majority of Unwanted child is the Girl child (The Baby) that is 98%. 

Expected reason is the want of Boy or Male Child. Those families that have a girls child already and again they disappoint by another birth and try to get rid of from it. They consider the Boy is important for their good life he will support family and make the condition and lives good. The Hospital staff of Eidhi center tells that when a girl born here the family sad and leave the girl for Eidhi home. And when a boy gone birth the "father of that boy get a breakfast (nashta) of (halwa puri) and start pressing the feet of his wife".

Second the main and current reason that’s going on its peak now days is "The Unmarried Couples" closeness and attachments between each other. They measure their by their closeness or by doing romance. Their Formula for measuring the love between a couple or a pair of people is simple that: "Romance is directly Proportional to Love". Or "The more The Romance, More The love". Whereas this shit is totally wrong when they two are come closer they lose their control and cross their limits and the reaction of this formula is the birth of a beautiful child birth. Then they both are worried about it and then they decide to throw it in to  Dogs areas in the midnight. The Newborn Child  is now become the special dinner for animals and when the next new morning comes it takes new aims for that couple.

The unwanted pregnancy rate increased between 2002 – 2012 at age of 15- 49 of women.

According to abortion Reports  there are 20% unwanted pregnancies from just 2012 – 2013.

Now it is very serious situation and government should have some strick steps to demolish this act. Apply strong laws on families that they never try to throw their children's or sell. Make certains rules for Engaged, Unmarried Couples, Lovebirds people. If someone cross the limit punished him badly. In Front of media.
